NORTHERN REGION (RHQ), OPERATIONAL OFFICES REQUIRES JUNIOR ASSISTANT (MT DRIVER)

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Assistant (MT Driver) at Delhi and various domestic airports in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-140-7180-160-10060 plus allowances. A total number of posts likely to be filled is 22 and the reservations are UR-08, SC-03, OBC-11. The eligibility criteria for the posts are as follows:-

Age: 18-30 years as on 01/10/2006 (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-serviceman etc. as per Govt. rules)

Education:- 10th pass, preferably with science or any equivalent qualification from recognized Board and in addition the candidate must fulfill the following requirements

i) HMV license since 1/10/2004 with current validity with 2 years experience on wheel. Must be able to diagnose and rectify starting trouble in the petrol/diesel ignition system and having knowledge of running repairs.

ii) Vision Standard:- EyeSight 6x6 for both eyes with/without glasses and no colour blindness. Hearing:- Normal

iii) Desirable:- Must be able to read, write and speak in Hindi/ English/ Local language.
