Application Fee:

Candidates applying for the Posts other than Probationary Officers should send the application fee by Demand Draft/Pay Order favouring “Vijaya Bank, Recruitment Project, 2006” payable at Bangalore. Those applying for the Post Probationary Officer should send the required fee by Demand Draft/Pay Order favouring “Vijaya Bank ,Recruitment Project-2006 (Probationary Assistant Managers-Generalist) payable at Mumbai only. Candidate’s name, date of birth and post code applied should be written on the reverse of the demand draft/pay order.
How to Apply:
For Probationary Officer / Asst Managers-Generalist) :
The eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply Online, through Vijaya Bank website : www.vijayabank.com No other means / mode of application shall be accepted. Before registering their applications on the website, the candidate should possess the following :
- Valid personal e-mail ID
- Demand Draft of Rs.300/- as examination fee for General and OBC candidates. Demand Draft of Rs.50/- as postal charges for SC/ST & PWD (Persons with Disability) candidates. SC/ST & PWD candidates are required to submit the attested copy of caste/disability certificate along with the Demand Draft. The online registration site would be open from 28.12.2006 to 28.01.2007.
After applying online, candidate is required to download the system generated print out of the Registered Application form with unique Registration No. and essential details with space for passport size photograph and signature. The candidate is required to affix the recent pass port size photograph and sign across and then this printout, Demand Draft with Name, Date of Birth and Post Code duly written on the backside of the Demand Draft together with Attested Copy of Caste/Disability Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC & PWD candidates), is to be sent only by ORDINARY POST.
Only Original printout of the Registered Application Form (no photocopy) shall be accepted. In case of any overwriting or tampering of Registration Slip the candidature of the candidate shall be rejected.
For Other Posts:
Application should be neatly typed or hand-written in English or Hindi on a foolscap size paper in the format given at the Banks website.
