STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION STATISTICAL INVESTIGATOR GRADE IV EXAMINATION, 2007
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on Sunday, the 24th June, 2007 an open compettitive examination for recruitment to the post of Special Investigator Grade IV of Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS), a Group 'C' non-Gazetted non-ministrial post in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 all over country.
- Vacancies : Approx. 114
- Age Limit : Not exceeding 26 years as on 16/03/2007.
- Educational Qualificiation : Bachelor Degree with Statistics as one of the main subject OR Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics (with Statistics as a paper studies in one year/two year/ all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subject OR Bachelor's Degree with Economics (with Statistics as a paper studies in one year/two year/ all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subject OR Bachelor's Degree with Commerce (with Statistics as a paper studies in one year/two year/ all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subject from a recognised institute or equivalent.
- Fee : Rs. 80/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH and Ex-servicemen candidates. Fee should be paid in the form of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)" available at the counter of all post offices of the country.
- Closing Date : The last date for receipt of application in the commission will be 16/03/2007. For those candidates who are living in remote areas, the las date will be 23/03/2006.
