EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION NO. KPTCL/B16/4681/2006-07

Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Engineer (Elec.) and Junior Engineer (Elec.) on contract basis for a period of one year extendable for a period upto three years in KPTCL and various Electricity Supply Companies.

• Assistant Engineer (Elecl.) : 112 posts, Qualification: B.E./AMIE in Computer Sc./Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 225 posts, Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering /Electrical & Electronics Engineering candidates.

Age: The candidates should have attained the age of 18 Years as on the last date fixed for receipt of application and shall not be more than; (i) 33 Years in case of General Merit candidates. (ii) 36 Years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB Candidates. (iii) 38 Years in case of SC/ST and Category I candidates.

Fee : Application fee as indicated below is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘The General Manager (Admn. & HRD), KPTCL, Bangalore’, payable at Bangalore. (i.) Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB. (ii.) Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) in respect of Candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
