Jai Narain Vyas University (JNV), Jodhpur was established in 1962 as University of Jodhpur. Applications on prescribed form from Indian citizens are invited upto 9th July 2007 for the following posts at the JNV University in the Engineering disciplines:

• Professor : 13 posts
• Assoc. Professor (Reader) : 30 posts
• Asst. Professor (Lecturer) : 32 posts

Pay Scales :

1. Professor : Rs.16400-22400/-
2. Assoc. Professor : Rs. 12000-18300
3. Asst. Professor : Rs.8000-13500/-

Fee : Rs. 250/- for General Catgory, Rs.125/- for OBC and Rs.70/- for SC/ST/PH candidates in the form of bank DD in favour of "Registrar, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur" payable at Jodhpur. Persons fro mout side of the Rajasthan state will be have to pay Rs.250/-.
