Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) was constituted under the statutory provision of Bihar Industrial Area Development Act 1974 with a mission to promote and assist industrialisation and provide, create awareness about the Industrial Policy of state as well as creating environment for consistent future growth of Industries in the state of Bihar. BIADA invites applications from Professionals/ Consultants for following posts on contract basis:

1. Executive Director (one each in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga) : 4 posts, Pay : Rs.30000/-, Qualification : MBA (Finance/HRD) with 10 years of experience
2. Chief Administrative Officer : 1 post , Pay : Rs. 30000/-, Qualification : MBA (Personnel Adm.) / PG Diploma in HRD with at least 10 yesrs exp.
3. Consultant Technical : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 30000/-, Qualification : B.Tech./BE (Civil) with at least 10 yesrs exp.
4. Consultant Project Implementation : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 30000/-, Qualification : B.Tech./BE (Civil) / Diploma in Civil engg. Plus MBA (Finance)/ CFA/ MFC/ ICWA with at 5 yesrs experience in infrastructure Sector.
5. Consultant Finance : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 25000/-, Qualification : MBA (Finance)/ CFA/ MFC/ ICWA with at least 5 yesrs exp.
6. Consultant Media : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 25000/-, Qualification : PG Diploma in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Advt/ PR with 2 yesrs exp.
7. Consultant Legal : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 25000/-, Qualification : LLB with at least 7 yesrs exp.
8. Consultant Accounts : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 25000/-, Qualification : MBA (Finance)/ CA/ ICWA with at least 5 yesrs exp.
9. Chief Accounts Officer : 1 post, Pay : Rs. 20000/-, Qualification : CA/ICWA with at least 2 yesrs exp.
10. Development Officer (one each for Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga) : 4 posts, Pay : Rs. 20000/-, Qualification : MBA/ B.Tech. in any field with at least 5 yesrs exp. in project management.
11. Executive Engineer (Civil) : 1 post, Pay Rs.25000/-, Qualification : B.E./B.Tech.(Civil) with 5 years experience.
12. Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 1 post, Pay Rs.18000/-, Qualification : B.E./B.Tech.(Civil) with 3 years experience.
13. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : 1 post, Pay Rs.18000/-, Qualification : B.E./B.Tech.(Electrical) with 3 years experience.
14. Junior Engineer (Civil) : 04 posts, Pay Rs.12000/-, Qualification : Diploam in Civil Engg. with 3 years experience.
15. Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 04 posts, Pay Rs.12000/-, Qualification : Diploam in Electrical Engg. with 3 years experience.
16. Sr. Accounts Officer : 01 post, Pay Rs.12000/-, Qualification : CA/ ICWA with 3 years experience.
17. Assistant Development Officer : 04 posts, Pay Rs.20000/-, Qualification : MBA/ B.Tech./ BE in any field with at least 2 years experience in project management.
18. Executives : 15 posts, Pay Rs.10000/-, Qualification : B.Com./ Diploam in Engg. in any field with Diploma in Computer Applications. Computer typing speed and proficiency with MS Office is essential.

Fee : Rs. 500/- (Rs.200/- for post no. 18) in the form of Bank DD in favour of Institute of Enterpreneurship Development, Bihar payable at Patna.

Age : Upper age limit is 50 years except on deputation.
