HR, LEGAL & ASST. COMPANY SECRETARY PROFESSIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE (HRD/Rectt./Advt./2007-08/1) :

• Dy. General Manager (Legal) (CODE-07-08/1/A1) : Candidate should have LLB degree from a recognized University/Institute in India.
• Dy. General Manager (HR) (CODE-07-08/1/K1) : The candidate should possess Degree in Engineering/MBA degree with HR specialization/Post Graduate degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare or equivalent and should possess relevant postqualification experience in a large organization. Degree in law in addition to Engineering/ MBA/ Post Graduate degree will be desirable
• Asst. Company Secretary (CODE-07-08/1/A3) : The incumbent should be a Commerce Graduate & Qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience of handling secretarial and Company Law matters including handling IPOs, Bonus Shares, Co-ordinating statutory agencies, compliances of Listing agreement, e-filing procedures such as MCA-21, handling of dividends and have working experience in computerized environment.
