Applications are invited from Women candidates for the posts of Lecturers in the following departments in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500/- + usual allowances as per University Rules. However physically challanged both Men and Women can apply for the posts:

- Physical Education : 01
- Sociology : 01
- Pol. Science : 01 (ST)
- Commerce : 02 (ST-01, UR-01) with computer specialisation
- Journalism : 02
The college has two Permanent vacancies for the Physically challanged. PH eligible candidates (male & Female) may apply for any of the above listed teaching position.
Qualification : Good academic record with atleast 55% of marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PH or those who have passed their Master's Degree prior to 19/09/91 and hold a Ph.D. degree) or an equivalent grade of B in the seven point scale with later grade O,AB,C,D,E & F at the Master's Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
Canidates should have qualified the NET conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similiar test accredited by the UGC. however, those candidates who are holding M.Phil. or Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET.
Applications Forms can be had from the College Office on any working day between 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM on payment of Rs.50/- (Rs.25/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates) in cash or through DD in favour of the Principal, Kamla Nehru College. Those who wish to take Application Forms through post send DD alongwith a self-addressed stamped envelop of 9" x 4" size.
The last date of receipt of Application Forms is 05/07/2007.
