RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF PROFESSORS, ASSOCIATE PROFESSORS,
ASSISTANT PROFESSORS

The Perunthalaivar Kamaraj Government Medical College is an autonomous institution of the Government of Puducherry. Applications are invited for the posts detailed below from Indian Nationals fulfilling the MCI regulations of minimum qualification for teachers in Medical Institutions, (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

• Professor : 7 posts (OBC–1, SC–1, UR–5) : Anatomy (1) – Medical / Non-Medical,
  Physiology (Medical) (1), General Medicine (1), General Surgery (1), Obst & Gynec (1),
  Anesthesiology (1), Radio Diagnosis (1)
• Associate Professor : 8 posts (OBC–1, UR–7) : Anatomy (1) – Medical / Non-Medical, Physiology (3) – Medical / Non-Medical, Obst & Gynec (1), Anesthesiology (1),Radio Diagnosis (1), Orthopedics (1)
• Assistant Professor : 3 posts (UR) : Anatomy (1) – Medical / Non-Medical, Pediatrics (1), General Surgery(1)

How to Apply : The duly filled in application in the prescribed format and other documents as specified in the application format, separately for each post, should be submitted on or before 5 p.m. on 06/08/2007 along with a Demand Draft for Rs.250 (Rs.100 for SC / ST) drawn in favour of “Puducherry Medical College Society” payable at Puducherry(Pondicherry). The short listed candidates would only be called for an Interview at Puducherry.
