Applications are invited from eligible male / female candidates for filling up the posts of Sub-Inspectors in Scale Rs.5500-9000 in the Railway Protection Force (RPF)/ Railway Protection Special Force. The details are as follows:

• Pay Scale : Rs. 5500-9000
  
• Eligibility : Graduate or equivalent from a recognised University.
  
• Age : Not less than 20 years and not more than 25 years as on 1st January 2008. Relaxation in upper age to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman as per GoI rules such as for SC/ST - 5 years, for OBC-3 years and for Ex-Serviceman - 3 years.

• Selection Process : There will be a Physical Efficiency Test and if candidate qualify then Test and Medical Examination after all tests.
