- Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Age : Maximum 35 years as on 01/10/2007.
- Pay : Rs. 17,000/- p.m. for Graduate engineers , Rs. 12,000/- p.m. for Diploma holders with 3 years experience. , Rs. 15,000/- p.m. for Diploma holders with 5 years experience.
