Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for Class-I Gazetted post notified by Jharkhand Government.

Details of Vacancies :

• Jharkhand Administrative Service : 173 posts (UR-87, SC-17, ST-45, OBC-24)
• Jharkhand Police Service : 45 posts (UR-28, SC-05,ST-12)
• Inspector, Excise : 09 posts (UR-5,SC-1, ST-2,OBC-1)
• Pay Scale : Rs.6500-10500/-
• Age : Minimum 22 years and Maximum 35 years as on 01/08/2005 for JAS and age 20 to 35 years for JPS (Relexation as per rules. See detailed adv. for more information)
• Qualification : Grduate in any discipline from any University recognised by Central/State Government.

Application Form : Application Form can be collected from designated Post Offices in the State of Jharkhand from the date 22/10/2007 to 22/11/2007 by paying Rs.300/- for General/OBC candidates, Rs.150/- for SC/ST and Rs.50/- for PH candidates. Reservation will be for resident of Jharkhand state only. Candidates from other states will be treated as General category candidates only. Application form can be deposited in the same post officer, from where it was purchased.
