- Qualification : Ph.D in the relevant area.
- Age : preferably below 32 years of age
- Experience : 1-2 years post doctoral experience is desirable.
- Pay Scale : Rs.10000- 325-15200/- for Lecturer and Rs.12000-18300/- for Assistant Professor
