- Sr. Research Scientist : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.14300-400-18300, Qualification : First class BE/ B.Tech. of equivalent degree in relevant discipline or M.C.A. with 11 years of post- qualification experience OR ME/M. Tech. degree in relevant discipline with 9 years of post qualification experience OR A First class post-graduate degree in relevant discipline with 11 years of post qualification experience OR Ph. D. in relevant discipline with 8 years of post qualification experience, Age: 41 years
- Sr. Executive / Executive : 04 posts (one each for Admin, HR, Purchase and Finance), Pay Scale : Rs.10000-325-15200 (Sr. Executive) / 8000-275-13500 (Executive), Age : 50 years

Dear Manisha now a days our adsense earning is decreasing so somebody told me what ever we can do (e.g template changing, ad format chainging etc) but earning will not increase. It will automatically increase after one month. These all are indirectly related to BSE.
