MBBS candidates having Experience and adequate training exposure can also be considered. , Experience : minimum 2 yrs. as specialists, Age : 35 years.
- Senior Manager (HR) / Chief Manager (HR), Pay Scale : Rs.14500-350-18700/-, Rs. 17500-400-22300/-, Qualification : Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engg. with PG Degree/ Diploma or MBA with specialisation in HR, Age : below 40/45 yrs.
- Asstt. Manager (Mines) / Dy. Manager (Mines), Pay Scales : Rs.8600-250-14600/-, Rs.10750-300-16750/-, Qualification : Degree in Mining or equivalent, Age : Below 30/35 years.
- Manager (Mines), Pay Scale : Rs.13000-350-18250/-, Qualification : Degree in Mining or equivalent. First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency under Metalliferous Mines Regulations (unrestricted for underground Mines and restricted for Open cast Mines), Age : Below 35 years.
