The cost of application Form cum Broucher/Instructions etc. for SC/ST candidates of UP Rs.300/- plus Rs.12/- extra as Bank Commission will also be payable. Separate Application form has to be filled for each subject. The Application Form will also be available on cash payament in Main Branch of Allahabad Bank in Allahabad. All the relevant information is given in the application kit.

Application complete in all respect should reach in the office of the Secretary, UP Higher Education Services Commission, 18-A, Nyaya Marg, Allahabad-211001 only through the Registered Parcel or Speed Post by 15th Februrary, 2008.
