Applications are invited from male/female Indian citizens for appointment to Group 'C' post of Head Constable (Radio Operator) in the BSF in the Pay Scale of Rs.3200-4900/-.
- Head Constable (Radio Operator) : 103 posts (SC-46,ST-31,OBC-26)
- Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent (b) Two years ITI Certificate in Radio and TV or Electronics or Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board/institution.
- Desirable : B.Sc. degree in Veterinary Science.
- Age : 18-23 years as on 20/02/08 (Relaxation as per GoI rules)
- Physical Standard: Height : 170 cms , Chest : 80 cms (85 cms after expansion, Weight: Corresponding to Height
Method of selection: Selection for the post will be based on pass in all the test viz Preliminary Screening/ Efficiency Test/ Written Test/ Dictation Test (in English) and Personal Interview followed by a medical examination.
