Finance : (CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance))
- Dy. Manager, Manager :
HR : Degree in Engineering/ MBA degree with HR specialization ( except obtained through correspondence) /Post Graduate degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare or equivalent and should possess relevant post-qualification experience in a large organization. . Degree in law in addition to Engineering/MBA/ Post Graduate degree will be desirable.
- Sr. Officer, Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager, Asst. General Manager, Dy. General Manager
Construction (Safety) : Engineering Graduate / Degree in Science with Diploma in Industrial safety / NEBOSH Diploma or Certificate / British Safety Council Diploma or Certificate with experience at various project construction sites like refinery, petrochemicals, Fertilizer / Chemicals, Oil & Gas etc. AND 3 years Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering with additional qualifications of Safety diploma / certificate from National Safety Council or equivalent with relevant experience in establishing & administrating safety practices at various construction sites of refineries, petrochemicals, chemical processing plants etc.
- Engineer/Officer, Sr. Engineer/Sr. Officer, Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager, Safety Supervisor
Library : BSc in Physical Science with additional qualification of Post Graduate Degree in Library & Information Science or its equivalent
- Deputy Manager
Metallurgy : The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Chemical Discipline having relevant experience of working in Operation & Technical services of processing units of an
alumina refinery. AND The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate in Metallurgy Discipline having relevant experience of working in Operation & Technical services of processing units of an Aluminium Smelter plant or design & engineering services of a large consultancy
organisations in the field Smelter Project
- Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager (Alumina), Sr. Engineer, Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager (Aluminimum)
Packaged Equipment (Power Plant ) : Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Discipline having relevant experience in design of co-generation / combined cycle power plant including system configuaration optimization, heat & mass balance, preparation of process flow diagrams, P&I diagrams, conceptual plant layout, control & safety interlocks, etc.
- Dy. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager (Pwer Plant)
Engineering Pipeline : Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Discipline having relevant experience.
