Punjab Seperior Judicial Service Exam
Applications are invited for selection of 21 posts (UR-10,SC-6,OBC-2, BC (Ex.Serviceman)-1, Ex Serviceman (UR)-1, PH-1) for appointment to Punjab Superior Judicial Service by direct recuirtment in the State of Punjab through Competitive examination.
Any person who has attained the age of 35 years but not has attained the age of 45 years as on the last date of the (Relaxation as per rules) and who has been duly enrolled as an Advocate and has practised for a period of not less than the 7 years as on the last date of submission of applications i.e. 03/03/2008, may apply to the Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh not latter than 03/03/2008 as per the prescribed format.
Application Fee : Rs.1000/- for General category and Rs.500/- for reserved category candidates by way of Bank DD in favour of Registrar General, High court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh drawn at Chandigarh.
The last date for submission of applicaiton form for the Advocates enrolled with the Districts/ Sub-Division Bar Associations of Punjab, Haryana and UT, Chandigarh is 25/02/2008. All such Advocates wil submit their application forms in the office of District and Sessions judges concerned. However, all others would send the application forms directly addressed to the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh in an envelope superscribed as 'Application for the post of Additional District judge in the State of Punjab" before 03/03/2008 by 5.00 pm.
