125 Ground Duty Officers' Course (GDOC) for Men

18th Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Men

34th Short Service Commission (SSC) Course for Women

Course commencing Jan 2009 at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad

Last date of receipt of application: 07th April, 2008

Qualificaitons :

• Candidates must be less than 25 years and unmarried.
• Administration : Graduation or Post Graduation in Art, Science, Law, Commerce or Management / AICTE approved PG Diploma in Business Administraion or Management (3 year part time / 2 year full time) or Engineering with 60% & above for Graudates and Min. 50% or more for Post Graduate/ Law/ CA/ICWA/ PG Diploma .
• Accounts : Graduation or PG in Commerce or ICWA or CA with B.Com/M.Com.
• Meteorology : PG in Science, Geography or MCA (Physics and Maths should be at Graduate level)
• Education : PG in English / Defence Studies / Psychology / Maths/ Physics / Statistics / Computer Science / Management OR M.Ed. after PG OR Ph.D. in the above said subjects.

If you meet these requirements, apply on plain A4 size paper (typed or handwriten) in English in the prescribed format and post the application to the address given below by ordinary post to reach latest by 07 April 2008. Super scribe the envelope : Course Name (for which you are applying ... and CET Centre 1.......... 2.......... Staple two self addressed stamped (Rs. 5/- and Rs.22/-) each envelopes and two copies of unattested recent photographs.

Selection Procedure : Common entrance Test (CET) at the centres mentioned below on 5th August, 2007. The test will have objective and descriptive test items to test the knowledge in English and General Awareness.
