BSWSM is nodal agency for implementation of total Sanitation Campaign & Swajaldhara in the state of Bihar. BSWSM invites Online Application for engagement of Consultants on contract basis for one year which may be further extended on the basis of performance of the candidate :

1. HRD Consultant : 01 post, Qualification : PG in Social Sciences or Rural Management from a reputed and recognised university, Experience : Min. 6 years in the field of training including designing training programmes. field testing modules and developing training pedagogy
2. Social Mobilisation : 01 post, Qualification : PG in Social Sciences or Rural Management from a reputed and recognised university, Experience : Min. 6 years of experience in social sectors (ii) experience in Social marketing and community mobilisation
3. Water Quality : 01 post, Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences, Experience : Min. 6 years of experience in Lab Management & environmental projects.
4. Software Engineer : 01 post, Qualification : Be in Computer Engg./ MCA from a recognised University/ Institute, Experience : At least 3 years experience of working as a software engg.
