HAL is looking for bright Engineering Graduates / HR Professionals for appointment for its various Divisions / R&D Centres / Offices at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Nasik, Koraput (Orissa), Lucknow, Kanpur, Korwa (U.P) and Barrackpore (W.B).

• Management Trainees (Technical) : 300 posts (SC-45, ST-23, OBC-81, UR-151), Qualification : Graduates in Aeronautical / Chemical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Branches of Engineering from recognized Institution / University with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST)
• Management Trainees (Human Resource) : 30 posts (SC-5, ST-2, OBC-8, UR-15), Qualification : University Degree with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA (2 years Full Time or 3 years Part Time / Correspondence Courses) in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from recognized University / Institution with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST)

9 vacancies are reserved for PWDs for the post of Management Trainees (Technical) and 1 vacancy is reserved for PWDs for the post of Management Trainees (HR).

Age : As on 01-04-2008 not above 28 years for General candidates.  Relaxation by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates.

Application Fee : Rs.200/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably Indian Bank or State Bank of India) in favour of ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’, payable at Bangalore. SC / ST / PWD category are exempted from payment of Application Fee.

How to Apply : Applications should be submitted strictly ‘ONLINE’ by logging on to HAL Website. The last date for submission of application for Management Trainees (Technical) is 22/04/2008. The Website will be kept open till 2400 hours on 22/04/2008 for this purpose.  In case of Management Trainees (HR), the last date of submission of application is 24/04/2008 and the website will be kept open till 2400 hours on 24/04/2008.
