Recruitment of Medical Officers in ESIC

Applications are invited on prescribed form are invited for filling up of various Medical posts in ESI Hospitals/ Dispensaries in the State of Delhi :

• Insurance Medical Officer Gr.II : 349 posts (SC-52,ST-21, OBC-122, UR-154), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Age : not exceeding 30 years as on 30/05/2008. Relaxation as per rules., Qualification : A recognised medical qualification (ii) Completion of compulsary rotating internship.
• Specialist Gr. II (Jr. Scale) : 48 posts (SC-8,ST-6, OBC-16, UR-18), Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200/-, Age : not exceeding 45 years as on 30/05/2008. Relaxation as per rules., Qualification : A recognised medical qualification (ii) Post Graduate qualification in the requisite specially. (iii) Work exeperience in a responsible position connected with the speciality for a period of : (a) 3 years in case of PG degree holders (b) 5 years in case of PG diploma holder.
• Dental Surgeon : 02 posts (SC-1, OBC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Age : not exceeding 30 years as on 30/05/2008. Relaxation as per rules., Qualification : A Recognised dental qualification in Part-I or Part-II of Dentists Act, 1948.
• Medical Officer (Ayurveda) : 02 posts (OBC-2), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Age : not exceeding 30 years as on 30/05/2008. Relaxation as per rules., Qualification : A degree in Ayurveda from a recognised University/ Statutory State Board/ Council/ Faculty of Indian Medicine or equivalent under Indian Central Council Act, 1970 (ii) Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or State Register of Indian Medicine.

Application Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.100/- issued in favour of ESI Corporation, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.

1. Specialist Gr.II (Jr. Scale) : may obtaine blank application form from the Senior State Medical Commissioner, Directorate (Medical) Delhi, ESI Hospital Complex, Basaidarapur, Ring Road, New Delhi - 110015 for Rs.200/- (Rs.100/-) in the form of DD. Send a self addressed and stamped (Rs.25/- stamps on it) alongwith a DD of Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST) drawn in favour of ESI Corporation on the SBI payable at New Delhi. Completed Application along with the attested copies of certificates are to be sent in a cover superscribed "Application for the post of Specialist Grade-II, State applied for Delhi, Specially Applied for ........." by Registered Post/ Speed Post so as to the reach the Senior State Medical Commissioner, Directorate (Medical) Delhi, ESI Hospital Complex, Basaidarapur, Ring Road, New Delhi - 110015
2. IMO Gr.-II, Dental Surgeon and Medical Officer (Ayurrveda) : Apply in the prescribed form available in the detailed advt. along with attested copies of all essential certificates in a cover superscribed " Application for the post of ......", State applied for Delhi by Registered Post/ Speed Post so as to reach Senior State Medical Commissioner, Directorate (Medical) Delhi ESI Hospital Complex, Basaidarapur, Ring Road, New Delhi - 110015., Fee : Rs.225/- (Rs.125/- for SC/ST) in the form of DD in favour of ESI Corporation on the SBI payable at New Delhi.
