5. Laboratory Technician : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.4500-125-7000/-
6. Laboratory Assistant : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.3200-85-4900 /-
7. Operation Theatre Technician : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.4000-100-6000/-
8. Operation Theatre Assistant : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590/-
9. Pharmacist (Allopathic) : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.4500-125-7000 /-
10. E.C.G. Technician : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.4000-100-6000 /-
11. Dental Technician : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.4000-100-6000 /-
12. Nursing Orderly - Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200/- & Stretcher Bearer / Attendants
    2550-3200/- : 12 posts

Application Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.125/- for Pay Scale Rs.4501-5500 and above and Rs.100/- for Pay Scale 2550-4500 and above issued in favour of ESI Saving Fund A/c No.1 ESIC Model Hospital, Rorkela payable at Rourkela. Rs.25/- only from SC/ST/PH candidates.
