Applications on prescribed proforma are invited for the following vacancy posts in UP AVP till 16/08/2008 :

1. Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 27 posts (UR-23,SC-01, OBC-03), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Civil from a recognised university or equivalent and knowledge of Devnagri.
2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) : 01 posts (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical from a recognised university or equivalent and knowledge of Devnagri.
3. Assistant Architect Planner : 02 post (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500, Qualification : Degree in Architecture or equivalent (b) 02 year post grdaute degree in Town or Village Planning/ Hosuing or equivalent qualification OR 03 years experience in Architecture, Town Planning and Housing OR 01 year Post Gradaute Diploma in Housing and 01 year experience in Architecture Town Planning and Housing
4. Property Manager : 09 posts (UR-5,SC-1, OBC-3), Pay Scale : Rs.6500-10500/-, Qualification : Bachelor Degree (b) Preference will be given to Graduate in Law (iii) Knowledge of Hindi writing.
5. Junior Engineer (Civil) : 07 posts (ST-01, OBC-06), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute and knowledge of Devnagri
6. Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 01 posts (ST), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institute and knowledge of Devnagri
7. Draftsman : 01 post (ST), Pay Scale : Rs.4000-6300, Qualification : Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from ITI and knowledge of Devnagri
8. Assistant Gr-3 : 02 posts (ST-2), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590, Qualification : Intermediate of UP Education board or equivalent and typing speed of 25 WPM in Hindi.
9. Surveyor : 01 post (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590, Qualification : Highschool from UP Board or equivalent and 2 year certificate in Surveyor
10. Peon : 15 posts (UR), Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200, Qualification : 8th class pass and know cycle riding
11. Sweeper : 06 posts (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200, Qualification : Preference to 8th class pass and know cycle riding

Age : 21 to 35 years as on 01/07/07 for the posts of Sl. No.1,2,3,4 and 18 to 35 years for the rest.

Fee: Rs.200 of candidate of General/OBC category and Rs.100 for the candidate of SC/ST category in the form of DD in favour of "UP Avas Evam Vikas Parishad" payable at Lucknow. Write Name, Father's Name and Post at the back of the DD.
