Applications are invited from Indian citizen for appointment to the post of the Senior Medical Officer (Gr.A) in various Health Institution in the State of Haryana under the control of Health Department.
- Senior Medical Officers Group A : 26 posts (UR-14, SC-5,BC-3,Ex-Servicemen-1, PH-3), Qualification : MD or MS degree (ii) Registered as Medical Practitioner with Haryana State Medical council or any other Medical council in Indian Union (iii) Five years standing in Medical profession and hospital experience after aquiring the requisite qualifications OR 10 years experience as Medical Officer under any State/Central Government after passing MBBS out of which at least 2 years experience should be after aquiring the required post graduate qualifications. (iv) adequate knowledge of Hindi, Age : 32-45 years as on 1/1/08. Age relaxation as per rules.
Application Form : Application form shall be obtained from the office of Director General, Health Service, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula on payment of Rs.500/- for General and dependent of ESM candidates and Rs.250- for SC/ST of all states and BC/PH/ESM persons of Haryana only in the form of Cash/Bank Draft in favour of Director General, Health Services Haryana, Panchkula payable at Panchkula. Candidate seeking application form by post should send their request and pay an additional amount of Rs.75/-. Candidate' Name, post applied for, address and category should be written on the reverse of the demand draft.
