- Chief Co-Coordinator Frozen Semen Technology : 01 post in Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Haryana, Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200, Age : 32 years to 45 years, Qualification : B.V.Sc. and A.H., M.V.Sc. in Gynaecology and Obstetics/ Animal Breding.
- Deputy Director Fisheries (Class-1) : 01 post (SC) in Fisheries Department, Haryana, Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500, Age : 32 years to 45 years, Qualification : M.Sc. (Zoology) or equivalent OR Master from CIFE in Fisheries Management or Inland Agriculture or B.Sc. with Zoology as one of the subject with PG Diploma in Fisheries Science (2 years) of CIFE, Mumbai or equivalent.
- Senior Medical Officer HCMS (Group-A) : 21 posts in Health Department, Haryana, Pay Scale : Rs.10000-13900, Age : 32 years to 45 years, Qualification : MD/ MS. (ii) Registered with Haryana State Medical Council or any other council in Indian Union (iii) 5 years standing in Medical Profession and Hospital/ Dispensaries OR 10 years experience as Medical Officer in any State or Central Govt. after passing MBBS (iv) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.

Candidates must write their name, address in block letters, name of the post for which application is required and category of form i.e. General of reserved because there are two types of application form.
