WHAT IS REASON FOR THIS .....
(I HAVE FOUND THAT BASICS OF ALL MACHINE DESIGN ARE SAME SO HAL WHY NOT HIRING THE ENGINNER FROM PRIVATE SECTOR LIKE AUTOMOBILE SECT,HEAVY MACHIENERY SECT ETC.....)
