- Deputy Commandant (Specialist Medical Officer) : 259 posts in various CPOs (CRPF-145, BSF-67, ITBP-19, Assam Rifles - 7, SSB-21) in various Specilities, Pay Scale : Rs.15600 – 39100/- plus Grade pay Rs.6600/-, Age : 35 years
- Assistant Commandant (Medical Officer) : 283 posts in various CPOs (CRPF-4, BSF-62, ITBP-131, Assam Rifles - 56, SSB-30) in various Specilities, Pay Scale : Rs.15600 – 39100/- plus Grade pay Rs.5400/-, Age : 30 years
