Applications are invited from male Indian citizens fulfilling the eligibility criteria for recruitment to the post of Constable (Driver) in SSB. The last date of receipt of application form is 30/08/2010.
- Constable (Driver) : 524 posts (SC-151,ST-27, OBC-99,UR-198), Pay Scale : Rs. 5200- 20200 Grade Pay Rs.2000/-, Age : 18-28 years, Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board/ university. (ii) Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Application Fee : Application fee will be Rs.50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories in the form of Crossed Bank Draft or Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, (SSB) O/O IG FTR HQ Patna. No fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen.
How to Apply : Eligible and desirous candidates should send their applications in the prescribed proforma with attested passport size photographs duly affixed on the application form and admit card and duly completed in all respect to The Inspector General, FTR HQ (SSB), Patna, Rukanpura House, Baily Road, Patna (Bihar)-800014. The last date of receipt of application form is 30/08/2010. (Last date is 07/09/2010 for the candidates from far-flung areas)
