- Graduate Engineer Trainee (Management Trainees) : in the disciplines of Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Information Technology / Computer Science, Qualification : Full time Engineering Degree course B.E./B.Tech./ B.Sc (Engg) passed out in the year 2011 or passing out in mid 2012, Age : 25 years, Stipend and Pay : Rs.25000/- as Stipend during training period and will be considered for absorption as Engineer in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500

Read the advertisement before posting your queries. Branches such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Information Technology and Computer science can apply. Rest may not apply. And they have mentioned the minimum marks you should have depending upon the point scale adopted by your university. For a 10 point scale it is 7 out of 10 i.e. 70%

(4 months training at Mysore and 1 year bond) and joining date is yet to come. I am Eligible for this EIL placement too. So should I apply for EIL. Please help me decide.

Don't apply if you have less than 70% marks. As both EIL & ECIL shortlist candidates those have above 70% marks for the written examination.

Just keep in mind the criteria laid down by EIL regarding the minimum marks which you need to get, the upper age limit and the list of branches listed by EIL. If ypu fulfill each and every one of them then you may very well apply! Just take 5-10 minutes of your time and read the advertisement that has been published. Everything has been stated there with utmost clarity.
