Application Fee : Rs.1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST) and Rs.500/- (Rs.720/- for SC/ST) for the posts of Radiotherapy Technician  to be paid in the form of demand draft of Non-refundable in favour of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot.
