National Atmospheric Research Laboratory [NARL], is a centre of excellence for atmospheric science and research in the emerging and frontline areas of atmospheric physics, provides challenging opportunities to the young scientists and engineers.

Applications are invited for the following positions :

• SCIENTIST/ENGINEER-SD : 03 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.10000-325-15200/-
• Qualification : First class M.Sc/ M.E/ M.Tech with Ph.D, in Physics / Atmospheric science / Meteorology/ Atmospheric Physics / RadioScience / Ionospheric physics/ Atmospheric modelling.
• JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW [JRF] : 04 posts
• Pay : For the 1^st & 2^nd year Rs.8000/- [Consolidated] P.M & for the subsequent years Rs.9000/- [Consolidated] P.M. respectively + HRA as applicable
• Qualification : First class M.Sc., in Physics / Electronics/ Atmospheric Science with 65% marks or above or M.Tech in Atmospheric Science/ Space Technology with 60% marks or above.
• TECHNICIAN-A : 01 post
• Pay : Rs.3050-75-3950-80-4590/-
• Qualification : Metric/ SSC/ SSLC+ ITI in Electronics/ Electrical
• PROJECT ENGINEER [ on contract basis] : 04 posts
• Pay : Rs. 15000/- PM
• Qualification : First class B.E./ B.Tech., in Electronics & Communications Engineering

Age: Below 30 years in respect of Post No.02 & Post No.04 and 18-35 years in respect of Post No.03.[Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates].
