Special Recruitment Drive for Backlog vacancy

Applications on prescribed proforma are invited for special recruitment drive for the following backlog vacancy posts in UP Housing & Development Board till 15/09/2007 :

1. Assistant Engineer (Civil) : 10 posts (SC-03, OBC-07), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Civil from a recognised university or equivalent and knowledge of Devnagri.
2. Assistant Architect Planner : 01 post (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500, Qualification : Degree in Architecture or equivalent (b) 02 year post grdaute degree in Town or Village Planning/ Hosuing or equivalent qualification OR 03 years experience in Architecture, Town Planning and Housing OR 01 year Post Gradaute Diploma in Housing and 01 year experience in Architecture Town Planning and Housing
3. Junior Engineer (Civil) : 56 posts (SC-13, ST-11, OBC-32), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute and knowledge of Devnagri
4. Junior Engineer (Electrical) : 04 posts (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institute and knowledge of Devnagri
5. Assistant Law Officer : 02 posts (SC-01, OBC-02), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Law graduate and 5 years experience of practice as lawyer
6. Public Relation Officer : 01 post (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : A Second class pass Bachelor Degree in any subject from a recognised university, Prefrencial qualification : Degree / Diploma in Journalism/ Public Relation/ Mass Media
7. Property Inspector : 01 post (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Law graduate and 5 years experience of practice as lawyer.
8. Stenographer Grade-3 :05 posts (SC) Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Intermediate of UP Higher Secondary Education Boad or equivalent (ii) Hindi Stengraphy and typing speed of 100 WPM and 30 WPM respectively
9. Draftsman : 14 posts (SC-07,ST-02,OBC-05), Pay Scale : Rs.4000-6300, Qualification : Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from ITI and knowledge of Devnagri
10. Assistant Technician : 02 posts (SC-01,OBC-01) , Pay Scale : Rs.1400-2300 (Old Pay scale), Qualification : Science Graduate with Chemistry and knowledge of Devnagri
11. Assistant Garden Inspector : 01 post (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.1400-2300, Qualification : Degree in Agriculture from a recognsied university
12. Surveyor : 02 posts (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590, Qualification ; Highschool from UP Board or equivalent and 2 year certificate in Surveyor
13. Assistant Gr-3 : 19 posts (SC-14,ST-05), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590, Qualification : Intermediate of UP Education board or equivalent and typing speed of 25 WPM
14. Peon : 02 posts (ST), Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200, Qualification : 8th class pass and know cycle riding

Age : 21 to 40 years as on 01/07/07 for the posts of Sl. No.1,2,5,6,7 and 18 to 40 years for the rest.

Fee: Rs.200 of candidate of OBC category and Rs.100 for the candidate of SC/ST category in the form of DD in favour of "UP Housing & Development Board" payable at Lucknow.
