Applications are invited in the standard form of application along with all attested copies of Certificate, Mark sheet etc. for engagement on Contractual Basis for the following posts in the State Programme Management Unit, District Programme Management Unit and State Institute of Health & Family Welfare, Khanapara, Guwahati under National Rural Health Mission where there are vacancy.

(A) State Programme Management Unit :

1. Consultant Child Health : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/- PM, Qualification : MD/ Diploma in Pediatrics, Desirable : PG Degree / Diploma in Public Health Administration. (b) Degree/ Diploma in Management.
2. Consultant HRD ,Pay : Rs.25000/- PM, Qualification : MBA with specialisation in Human Resource Development, Desirable : Minimum 3 years experience in developing and implementing policies for human resource development with specific reference to Nursing and Paramedical areas. (b) Published work in the areas of HRD (c) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly use packages like MS-Word, Excel and Power Point.
3. Consultant Procurement , Pay : Rs.25000/- PM, Qualification : MBA with specialisation in Material Management or equivalent. Desirable : Having experience of 3-5 years in Health / Social Sector procurement / supplies department/ PSU etc. (b) Experience in planning for procurement of essential Drugs/ Medicines / equipments / supplies needed by the State & its implementing partners (including NGOs) engaged in Health & Nutrition Service delivery. (c) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly use packages like MS-Word, Excel and Power Point.

(B) District Programme Management Unit :

1. Programme Manager (District) , Pay : Rs.20000/- PM, Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Management / Rural Management / Social Work / Rural Development with minimum of 3 years of post qualification work experience in the field Community Health / Medical Health / Community Development Programmes or related fields. Persons having added qualification such as Diploma / Certificate in Public Health / Health Programme Management/ Hospital Administration or related areas will be preferred. (b) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly use packages like MS-Word, Excel and Power Point. (c) High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
2. Accounts Manager (District) , Pay : Rs.12000/- PM, Qualification : CA-Inter or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3-5 years of post qualification work experience, preferably in an organisation involved in the field of Community Health/ Community Development/ Social work or related fields (b) Well versed with all the accounting procedures, book keeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms. (c) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly use packages like MS-Word, Excel and Power Point. (d) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Media Experts (District Level) , Pay : Rs.15000/- PM, Qualification : Post Graduation Degree in Mass Communication (b) A minimum of 3 years post qualification work experience. (c) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly use packages like MS-Word, Excel and Power Point. (d) Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and and written communication skills in Assemese and English.

(C) For State Institute of Health & Family Welfare :

1. Senior Consultant, NHRM Training : 01 post, Pay : Rs.25000/- PM, Qualification : MD/DNB (Gynaecology & Obstetics), Desirable : Degree / Diploma in Public Health Management. Experience : Minimum 5 years experiene in teaching and training of Health Professional.
2. Demographer : 01 post, Pay : Rs.20000/- PM, Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Population Science / Demography with a minimum of 3-5 years of Post qualification work experience (b) Computer proficiency - MS Office (c) Higher proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese,
