Applications are invited to fill up the following vacancies on contract basis for one year only at Civil Hospital, Hisar and Gurgaon (under PGIMS, Rohtak) by 22.08.06 up to 5.00 PM on the prescribed form obtainable from the Accounts Officer of this institute on cash payment ( Rs. 75/- at the counter or by crossed IPO in the name of Director, PGIMS Rohtak by post by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope:

1. PSYCHIATRY SPECIALIST-2 (GC) (Hisar-1, Gurgaon-1)
   Payscale: Rs. 10000-15200.
   Qualification and Experience:
   Basic Qualification: Two years of clinical experience in the field 0f Psychiatry after MBBS
   Preferential Qualification:- M.D. Psychiatry OR PG Diploma in Psychiatry.
2. CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST-2 (GC) (Hisar-1,Gurgaon-1)
   Payscale: Rs. 6500-10500
   Qualification and Experience
   i) M.A. Psychology
   ii) M.Phil in Psychology OR
   Diploma in Medical & Social Psychology (DM&SP)
   Desirable: One year experience in Psychology/Research.
3. PSYCHIATRIC SOCIAL WORKER-2 (GC) (Hisar-1, Gurgaon-1)
   Payscale: Rs. 5500-9000
   Qualification and Experience:
   (i) M.A. in Sociology OR M.A. in Social work.
   (ii) M.Phil in Sociology/Social work. OR
   PG Diploma in Psychiatric Social work.
   Desirable: One year of experience in Social work/Research.
4. PSYCHIATRIC NURSE-8 (GC) (Hisar-4, Gurgaon-4)
   Payscale: Rs. 5500-8000
   Qualification and Experience
   Diploma in General Nursing with midwife training from a recognized institution/University. 'A' Division Nurse with midwife training registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
   OR
   B.Sc. Nursing.
   Hindi up to Matric standard.
5. RECORD KEEPER-CUM-CLERK-2 (GC) (Hisar-1, Gurgaon-1)
   Payscale: Rs. 3050-4950
   Qualification and Experience
   Graduate, Adequate knowledge of typing.
   Knowledge of operating on computers.
   Preferable: Knowledge of shorthand and statistics.
6. Nursing Orderly-2 (GC) (Hisar-1, Gurgaon-1)
   Payscale: Rs. 2550-3200
   Qualification and Experience
   Knowledge of Hindi

Age: Not less than 17 years or not more than 40 years up to the last date of receipt of application forms.
