FACULTY POSITIONS AT LUCKNOW & NOIDA

IIM Lucknow invites applications for faculty positions in the following areas :

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Assistant Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years industrial/research/teaching experience.
• Associate Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
• Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.
• Contractual appointments are admissible.

Pay Scales :

1. Assistant Professor : Rs. 12,000 - 420 - 18,300
2. Associate Professor : Rs. 16,400 - 450 - 20,000
3. Professor : Rs. 18,400 - 500 – 22,400

IIML also seeks nominations and applications for the following endowed Chair Professorship:

• BPCL Chair : Specialisation - Customer Care
• ONGC Chair : Specialisation - Strategic Management/Finance & Accounting

Candidates must be a Professor in a leading institute and have a distinguished record of research in the relevant area. The responsibilities of the Chair Professor include research, teaching at the MBA and Ph.D levels and participation in the Management Development Programmes. The incumbent will be entitled to research assistance, travel grant and a special allowance besides usual perks admissible to the position of a Professor.
