BEML – A MINI RATNA Category I Premier Defence Public Sector Undertaking also engaged in Mining & Construction Equipments has identified Contract Mining as one of the High growth areas for diversification and established a Joint Venture , which requires Dynamic & achievement oriented Executives in the following areas -:

1. Operations : Dy General Manager/ Asst. General Manager/ Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Asst Manager
2. Planning & Surveying : Dy General Manager/ Asst General Manager/ Sr. Manager / Manager/ Asst Manager
3. Projects: Engineer/ Asst. Manager/ Manager (Grade II to IV)
4. Engineering Services: Dy General Manager/ Asst General Manager/ Sr. Manager / Manager/ Asst Manager
5. HR/ Finance : Asst. Manager / Executive

Qualification :

• Post No. 1 : The incumbent should be an Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile/ IT discipline from a reputed Institution preferably with MBA qualification.
• Post No 2,3 & 4 : Candidate (s) should possess Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile and related discipline from a reputed institution. MBA will be added advantage and is preferable
• Post No. 5 : (Human Resource) : Candidate(s) should have MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Personnel Management (2 yrs full time) with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB from institution of repute and Degree in Law is desirable. Finance - Candidate(s) should be qualified Chartered Accountant / ICWAI.
