Fee : Application fee of Rs. 500/- for general category Candidates in the form of Bank draft in favour of Principal, Government Polytechnic Education Society , Nathusri Chopta payable at Sirsa .

How to Apply : Application should be typed in English on a full scape size paper in the prescribed format . Two recent passport size photographs are required. One Photographs should be pasted on right hand top corner at the space provided in the application foam duly attested by gazetted officer and the second be attached with the application foam. It should also be accompanied by demand draft and attested copies of certificates / testimonials.
