BEML requires high performing, dynamic and result oriented professionals for the following positions:

1. Executive Director (Complex Head) : 02 posts (KGF Complex, Bangalore complex), Pay Scale : Rs.Rs.23750-600-28550/-, Qualification : I class Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile /Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA Qualification will be preferred., Age : 52 years.
2. Chief General Manager (Divisional Head) : 05 posts (EM Division - KGF, H&P Division - KGF, Engine Division - Mysore, Bangalor Complex) , Pay Scale : Rs.Rs.20500-500-26500/-, Qualification : I class Degree / Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile /Production discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Candidates with MBA Qualification will be preferred., Age : 52 years.
3. General Manager : 08 posts (KGF - Mysore, Bangalore) (For Mining and Construction Equipments, Engines, Hydraulics & Transmission, Powerlines for Defence Equipments, Rail & Metro Products etc.), Pay Scale : Rs.18500-450-23900, Age : 50 years.
4. Deputy General Manager : 03 posts (Production, Production Planning & Control), Pay Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300, Age : 50 years.
