2. Manager (Grade-I) (Projects) Civil : 01 post (SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500, Qualification : Degree in Engg. (Civil).
3. Manager (Grade-I) (Common Cadre)  : 04 posts (SC-1, OBC-1, UR-2), Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500, Qualification : MBA or equivalent.
4. Assistant Manager (Project) Electrical/ Mechanical : 02 posts (UR-1, SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma in Engineering (Mech./ Elect.)
5. Accountant Gr. II : 03 posts (UR-3), Pay Scale : Rs.4500-7000/-, Qualification : B.Com., 3 months course in Accounting package
6. Assistant Gr. II : 07 posts (UR-4, OBC-3), Pay Scale : Rs.3050-4590/-, Qualification : Inter (ii) Typing speed of 40 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi
7. Messanger : 01 post (SC-1), Pay Scale : Rs.2550-3200/-, Qualification : 8th pass

Age : 18-35 years as on 01/07/09. 50 years for the GM post only. Relaxation in age as per UP Govt. orders.
