UPCL, a Government of Uttaranchal undertaking is engaged in the business of distribution of electricity in the State of Uttarakhand. Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals or appointment to the following positions in UPCL :
- Assistant Engineer (Trainee) (Electrical & Mech.) : 29 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400
- Assistant Engineer (Trainee) (Civil) : 05 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 5400
- Junior Engineer (Trainee) (Electrical & Mech.) : 77 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs. 4200
- Junior Engineer (Trainee) (Civil) : 13 posts : Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 grade pay Rs. 4200
Age : all candidates should be within 18-35 years. Relaxation in age as per rules.
Application Fee : A crossed Demand Draft, of Rs. 400/- only in case of General /OBC candidates and Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST candidates in favour of EE (HQ), UPCL payable at Dehradun from a scheduled bank.
How to Apply : Application in prescribed format should be filled and submitted by the candidates in own
handwriting in English CAPITAL LETTERS only on A4 size paper in the prescribed format and application completed in all respect should be sent in an envelope superscribed as "Application for the post of Assistant Engineer (E&M or Civil) / Junior Engineer (E&M or Civil) Trainee in UPCL" by ordinary post upto

chaudary sahab jaisa ki apko gyat hoga har state ki state level kinaukriyo me ushi state ke 85% logo ke liye seat reserve hoti hai baki 15% seats ke liye kishi bhi state ka banda apply kar sakta hai. eisa har rajya ki state level ki vecency me hota hai. i hope you will find your answer now!
85% for uttarakhand peoples. other 15% for other state peoples.

Only 4 Assistant Engineer 15% are reserved 4 other states. But 4 Junior Engineer no seat is reserved for other states. CS ke liye nahi hai vacancy
Uttarakhand outsiders can apply or not.
