Recruitment in  Power Grid NRTS-II on Contract basis

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India, one of the largest Transmission Utilities in the World and a Navratna Enterprise of Govt. of India is engaged in power transmission business with the mandate for planning, co-ordination, supervision and control over complete inter-State transmission system.  

Northern Region Transmission System-II NRTS-II), having transmission system in the states of J&K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and UT of Chandigarh invites applications from young, dynamic and experienced professionals for prestigious assignment under consultancy services to JKPDD for Rural Electrification (RE) works in Kulgam, Pulwama, Shopian, Ramban, Reasi, Udhampur, Leh & Kargil district of J&K state. Selected individuals shall be engaged purely on contractual basis and the place of posting will be in J&K state only.

Vacancies at Power Grid Northern Region-2  : 

1. Field Engineer (Electrical) : 30 posts (UR-17, OBC-07, SC-06), Pay : Rs. 30000/-(Consolidated) during 1st Year and Rs.33000/- during 2nd Year
2. Field Engineer (Civil) : 07 posts (UR-04, OBC-01, SC-02), Pay : Rs. 30000/-(Consolidated) during 1st Year and Rs.33000/- during 2nd Year
3. Field Supervisor (Electrical) : 36 posts (UR-20, OBC-09, SC-07), Pay : Rs.  23000/-(Consolidated) during 1st Year and Rs.25500/- during 2nd Year
4. Field Supervisor (Civil) : 07 posts (UR-04, OBC-01, SC-02), Pay : Rs.  23000/-(Consolidated) during 1st Year and Rs.25500/- during 2nd Year

Rs. 300/- for the post of Field Engineers and Rs.200/- for the posts of Field Supervisors  to be paid online. SC/ST/PwD/ Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
