Applications are invited from candidates for induction of 25 each for DECK and ENGINE DEPT as TRAINEE CADET OFFICERS under "All India Dgreding Cadre Scheme" (AIDC). the candidates should be unmarried male Engineering Graduates from any recognised university. Should have flair to work in the sea and fulfil the following other qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

For Deck Dept: B.E. / B. Tech. (electrical, Electronics, Civil & Instrumentation Engineering)

For Engine Dept: B.E. /B.Tech. (Mechanical and Marine Engineering )

Candidates passed with 605 marks in the group only (Gen. & OBC) and 50% in the group only (SC/ST) will only be considered for All India written examination.

2. ENGINE SC-1 ST-2 OBC-8 GEN-14 Total-25

Age: Not exceeding 24 years as on 01/07/2006 for General Candidates. Age is relaxable up to 5years for SC / ST/ OBC candidates.
