BPCL is looking for dynamic, intelligent and experienced HR professionals who can rapidly pick up & assimilate our Business Process and are interested in taking up challenging assignments in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) catering to locations spread across the country. • Position: Dy. Manager / Manager HR
• Qualification: MBA or PGDBM with HR as specialisation, from a reputed institute, scoring 60% or more aggregate
• No .of Vacancies: 4
• Age Limit: 37 yrs as one 1/11/2006
• Remuneration: As per industry norms
• Experience: Have 7 to 12 years HRM experience with a generalist or specialist profile in the domains of Employee Relations (with due exposure to Legal aspects of employment), Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Administration, Employee Development / OD incentives. Exposure to Change Management & ERP HR Systems' would be appreciated.
