HAL is currently looking for bright Engineering Graduates for an appointment for its various Divisions/ R&D Centres / Offices as :
Management Trainee (MTs) / Design Trainee (DTs) : 400 posts (approx.)
Eligibility : Graduates in Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Production / Computer Science / Metallurgy / Aeronautical Branches of Engineering from any recognised Institution / university. List of eligible Branches of Engineering will be indicated in detailed Advertisement which will be hosted on HAL Website. General / OBC can candidates should have secured a minimum of 65% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate OR corresponding CGPA ratings / Graduations in their Engineering Degree Examinations. Engineering Graduates in the Aeronautical Branch with minimum 60% marks (for General/OBC) and 50% marks (for SC/ST) would be eligible to apply.
Emoluments: The emoluments during the training period of one year would approx. Rs. 14200/- PM besides CCA,HRA. Candidates successfully completing the training will be absorbed in the scale of pay of Rs. 8600-250-14600 (Grade-II, due to revise from 1/1/07).
