• Technology : Qualification : Degree in Engineering from a recognised University , Age : 27-35 years, Experience required : should have at least five years in responsible capacity in the field of Engineering and technology development.
• Marketing & Business Development : Qualification : Degree with a professional degree/diploma in Business Management from a recognised University/ Institute , Age : 27-35 years, Experience required : should have at least five years in responsible capacity in the field of marketing and business development.
• Civil Works : Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University preferably with PG Diploma or Degree, Age : 27-35 years, Experience required : should have at least five years in responsible capacity in the field of civil constructios including project management.
• Law & Recovery : Qualification : Degree in Law from a recognised University , Age : 27-35 years, Experience required : should have at least five years in responsible capacity in the areas of Law and Recovery.
• Finance & Accounts : Qualification : Graduate from a recognised University and should have passed final year of ICAI or ICWAI , Age : 27-35 years, Experience required : should have at least five years in responsible capacity in the Finance & Accounts Deptt.

Relaxation in age 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC as per rules.
