- Scientifice Officer/Engineer Grade 'D' : 06 posts (UR), Pay Scale : Rs.10000-15200/-, Age : 35 years
- Scientifice Officer/Engineer Grade 'C' : 38 posts (SC-02,ST-03,OBC-03,UR-30) , Pay Scale : Rs.8000-13500/-, Age : 35 years
- Scientific Assistant 'B' : 14 posts (SC-02, UR-12), Pay Scale : Rs.5500-9000/-, Age : 30 years
- Tradesman 'B' : 18 posts (UR), Pay Scale : Rs.3200-4590/-, Age : 25 years
Relaxation in age as per Government order.
Application Fee : The application for the posts Scientific Officer/ Engineer Grade 'D' & 'C' should be accompanied by non refundable crossed IPO or DD in favour of The Pay & Accounts Officer, IGCAR, Kalpakkam for a sum of Rs.50/- payable in SBI Bank Kalpakkam. SC/ST/PWD and dependents of defence personnel killed in action and ex-serviceman are exempted from application fee. For Scientific Assistant 'B' and Tradesman 'B' fee is not required.
