1. English : 01 post (ST)
2. Mathematics : 03 posts (UR-2,SC-1)
3. Economics : 01 post
4. Statistics : 04 posts (UR-02, SC-01, OBC-01)
5. Commerce : 10 posts (UR-02,SC-03,ST-03, PH(OBC)-01)
6. Political Science : 01 post (PH)
7. Computer Science : 06 posts (UR)
8. Librarian : 01 post

Non-Teaching Post

9. Professional Assistant : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.5500-3950/-
10. Junior Assistant Cum Typist (English) : 01 post (PH-OBC)
11. Library Attendant : 02 posts (OBC), Pay Scale : Rs.2650-4000/-

Qualification :

• Lecturer and Librarian : Good academic record with at least 55% (50% for candidates of SC/ST/PH category or those who have passed their Master's Degree prior to 19/09/1991 and hold a Ph.D. degree) or an equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale at Master's level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
• Candidates should have cleared the NET for Lecturers conducted by UGC/CSIR only, prior to 1989, when the minimum marks required to appear for JRF examination were 50%.
• Professional Assistant (Library) : MA/ M.Sc./ M.Com. & B.Lib. or BA/ B.Sc./ B.Com & B.Lib. Sc. with four years of Library experience as a whole.
• Junior Assistant : Must have passed Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent *(10+2) examination from the Borad with English Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM.
• Library Attendant : Matriculation / Higher Secondary

Application form for the post Lecturers & Librarian can be obtained from the office of PA to Principal on payment of Rs.10/- on any working day between 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM. Those who wish to obtain application forms by post should send a self addressed stamp envelope of 9"x4" size alongwith a draft of Rs.10/- payable to Pincipal PGDAV Coolege at New Delhi. Applications are invited on plain paper for the non-teaching positions.
