• Investigator-cum-Computer (Special Recruitment) : 07 posts (SC-3,ST-3,OBC-1) , Pay Scale : Rs.4500-7000, Qualification : Postgraduate degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Commerce from a recognised university. (ii) working knowledge of Hindi including writing in devnagri script. (iii) 3 years experience of collection, compilation and tabulation of statistical data and (iv) knowledge of the operation of calculating machine., Age: 21 to 35 years.

• Instrument Repairer : 01 post (SC), Pay Scale : Rs.5000-8000, Qualification : Diploma Electronics Instrumentation/ Post diploma Instrumentation, Age : 21-35 years.
9. Environment Deptt., UP
   • Deputy Director: 01 posts (SC), Pay Scale: Rs.10000-15200, Qualification: first-class Master's Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry or Zoology or Botany or Geology or Environmental Science or Bio-Science or Bio-Technology or Geophysics or Agriculture as the case may be from a recognised university OR a Bachelor's degree in first class in Engineering or Technology (Civil) or Chemical or Environmental or Mining or Metallurgical or computer or Bio as the case may be OR MBBS degree with at least 65% marks in the aggregate from a recognised university (ii) 7 years /practical experience in the desired field of environment, Age: 21 to 40 years.
10. State Planning Institute, UP
    • Tracer: 01 posts (SC), Pay Scale: Rs.2750-4400, Qualification: Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from ITI, Age: 21 to 35 years
    • Engineering Assistant: 02 posts (UR-1, SC-1), Pay Scale: Rs.4500-7000, Qualification: Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised Institute/University., Age: 21 to 35 years
    • Research Assistant (Engineering): 04 posts (UR-2, SC-2), Pay Scale: Rs.5000-8000/-, Qualification: Degree in Technology or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Agriculture Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institute., Age: 21 to 35 years.
    • Visualiser: 01 posts (UR), Pay Scale: Rs.4500-7000, Qualification: Five years Degree in Fine Arts or Commercial Art from a University, Age: 21 to 35 years.

Fee: Fee Rs.100/- (Rs.60/- for SC, ST, PH candidates) should be deposited through treasury challan of treasuries located in UP only, in the account head "0051, Public Service Commission 105 State Public Service Commission Examination Fee, 01-State Public Service Commission Examination Fee" and original challan be attached with the application. For the candidates outside of UP, can be deposited by bank DD in favour of "Secretary, Public Service Commission, UP" at Allahabad

How to Apply: Application should be submitted on the prescribed format only on thick foolscap paper in Devnagri Script. It may be typed / handwritten or photostat. Application completed in all respects must reach the “Secretary, (Deptt No..........) Public Service Commission, U.P., 10, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Allahabad-211018” at the Commission’s office either by registered post or by hand up to 5.00 p.m. on or before 30th November 2007. One passport size attested photograph should be pasted on the format, the photograph may be attested by a gazetted officer/Head of the institution where the candidate has received education/Head of the Department where the candidate is at present employed.
